2025 United Airlines NYC Half supporting Back on My Feet

The United Airlines NYC Half ready to take you through 13.1 miles of New York City streets! The race will begin in Brooklyn near Prospect Park before taking runners across the East River via the Manhattan Bridge. Once in Manhattan, runners will race along the Lower East Side, up to Midtown, and through Times Square before finishing in Central Park.
By signing up for the Back on My Feet team, FundRacers agree to raise $1,500 by Monday, March 10, 2025. Their commitment to fundraise secures their entry into the race, and will support the mission and members of Back on My Feet.
Note: there will be a registration fee of $150-250 (depending on membership) due to NYRR upon finalizing your registration in the race console. This is separate from the fundraising commitment.
All team members are eligible to participate in our FundRacing incentive program and receive Back on My Feet-branded gear - a tech t-shirt when you reach your first $100 raised, and one additional item of your choice based on where you finish fundraising.
Your participation in the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half on behalf of Back on My Feet will directly impact our members and our mission.
You can help combat homelessness in 16 cities across the country.
Back on My Feet empowers people to break free from the cycles of poverty, homelessness, and/or addiction through the power of fitness, community, and employment resources.
Operating in 16 cities nationwide, Back on My Feet recruits members at homeless shelters and rehabilitation facilities. Our members begin their journey by committing to run 2-3 days a week and when they are ready, move on to educational support, job training programs, employment partnership referrals, and housing resources. Since 2007, Back on My Feet has served more than 15,000 individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness and engaged more than 150,000 volunteers and supporters. Our members have run a collective 500,000+ miles and obtained more than 10,000 jobs and homes.
With your support, the communities we build together around the U.S. serve as lifelong support systems, removing shame and isolation. It’s about the drive, grit, and courage to take that first step toward a new life. And while it may not be an easy road, we’re there every step of the way.
