The MEANINGFUL MILES ATLANTA 5k is back for 2025!!
Get ready to lace up your running shoes and hit the Northside Beltline Trail! We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Meaningful Miles 5k, Back on My Feet's own race that celebrates our members, welcomes all to be a part of our community and raises crucial funds for the Back on My Feet program. Join us Saturday, September 13, 2025, for a morning filled with fun, friendly competition, and a chance to make a real difference.
Register as an individual, team, or get your company involved! Walk, jog, run or race, together, we can make every mile meaningful for everyone! Dogs and strollers welcome.

Back on My Feet empowers people to achieve economic independence through fitness and community.
Operating in 16 cities nationwide, Back on My Feet recruits members at homeless shelters and rehabilitation facilities. Our members begin their journey by committing to run or walk 3 days a week and when they are ready, move on to educational support, job training programs, employment partnership referrals, and housing resources. Since 2007, Back on My Feet has served more than 15,000 individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness and engaged more than 150,000 volunteers and supporters. Our members have run a collective 950,000+ miles and obtained more than 15,000 jobs and homes.
With your support, the communities we build together around the U.S. serve as lifelong support systems, removing shame and isolation. It’s about the drive, grit, and courage to take that first step toward a new life. And while it may not be an easy road, we’re there every step of the way.
