Make Every Mile Count

Welcome friends and thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I'm happy to announce I will be running in the 2021 BMW Berlin Marathon!! As I embark on my 5th marathon, I wanted to do things differently this time.  Instead of running this race alone, I have partnered up with Back on My Feet (BoMF): an organization that combats homelessness through the power of running, community support and essential employment and housing resources.

As a Los Angeles native, homelessness is a major issue I'm very aware of considering the city's large population, high cost of living, and now the effects of COVID-19. It is a reality that we face daily and should never be ignored. I'm using my gift of running to make a positive impact on my community and surrounding communities by pledging to raise $5,000 to help combat this on going battle that unfortunately so many people have encountered, and for some, no signs of overcoming. Life presents each of us with challenges, but by no means do we need to face any of them on our own.

To give you an idea of the impact your donation could have:
- $30 could provide a member with spring running gear
- $50 could provide a member with winter running gear
- $100 could provide a member the ability to celebrate with BoMF family during the year
- $250 could provide a member race fees, incentives to reach certain mileage milestones
- $500 could provide a member with education and job assistance
- $1,000 could provide a member with housing for a whole year

There is no minimum or maximum donation, as every contribution is important and counts! Brick by brick, let's help those in need create a new foundation for them to thrive on!

It will a put a huge smile on my face to know that my two feet will help people get back on their feet to win their own personal races.  That is where true victory will be achieved!

Thank you for your support!

Family Over Everything

Just finished my 3rd marathon, and my 2nd time running the LA marathon (2020) This race was the most important to me because not only did my entire family surprise me on race day by showing up but it was the first time they all witnessed me run.
